Robert Chang.
President & CEO
Robert has 21 years of rich working experience in financial services, equity investment, and large-scale real estate development in China. He has a profound professional background and holds several professional certificates in economics, accounting, and financial planning areas.
Robert moved his family to Canada in 2014, established a very prestigious antique store in downtown Charlottetown. In 2016, he established PEI based real estate companies— Flourish Development Group, which offers both residential and commercial land and real estate investment/development, property management, and related consulting services in Atlantic Canada.
Robert is always committed to working hard ， setting a good model for new immigrants successfully settled in PEI! Robert’s management philosophy: not only to construction a number of good houses, but also to create a series of sustainable multicultural communities. Achieve yourself and give back to society!

General Manager of Z&C Flourish International
Jen had worked in different professional fields such as a multifunctional Early Learning Center, college/university, and family-run chemical products manufacturing company in China, Istanbul Turkey and Ibaraki-Ken, Japan. She had one year of learning experience as an exchange student in Canada back to her University years. Before moving to Canada in 2007 with her family she studied accounting at a local community college shortly after her arrival. Prior to joining this team, she worked as a program officer at PEI Connectors, an accountant and office manager at a local trading company, and an accounting technician at a prestigious local public accounting firm. Jen and family really enjoy everyday life on Prince Edward Island and she’s always looking forward to doing something for this beautiful community.

TOM TAN.
General Manager of Comfort Living
Tom is the general manager within the property management department of Flourish Development Group. Tom manages the development and maintenance of commercial and residential properties. Tom is a graduate of the Beijing University of Technology and majored in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Following school, he worked in business communications for China Unicom until he moved to PEI in 2014.

Jennifer Kim
Accounting Technician
Jennifer is in charge of all numbers for the company since I joined into Flourish Group around two years ago. She is proud to work for a company that their community, she was growing up in the metropolitan city, Seoul in South Korea, her family is living in Charlottetown right now. Even though it was difficult decision and big challenges, but she is satisfied with living in PEI to go easy to sea and beautiful scenery. She graduated the university and work at the company for oversea sales industry long-time and run
business in South Korea and took the business administration at Holland College, she loves to learn new knowledge and overcome challenges. She said, “Keep going forward to see bright sight and big picture”.
